Job Tiltle: Product and Service coordinator
Department: Product Department
Reports to: General Manager
                                                         

Purpose:
The Product and Service coordinator is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of products and services, ensuring smooth coordination between teams to deliver exceptional results. This role involves managing product development, coordinating service offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall service experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both product management and service coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Product Management:

·        Oversee the development, launch, and lifecycle management of products, from concept through production to market release and customer feedback.

·        Collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to define product strategies and roadmaps.

·        Monitor market trends and customer feedback to ensure products meet evolving market demands and client needs.

·        Manage product pricing, positioning, and performance tracking to ensure profitability and competitiveness.

 

2. Service Coordination:

·        Ensure the delivery of high-quality services in line with client expectations and contractual obligations.

·        Act as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

·        Coordinate service schedules, resources, and logistics, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

·        Work closely with service teams to monitor service performance, making adjustments where necessary to meet quality standards.

 

3. Cross-functional Collaboration:

·        Communicate with internal teams, including sales, customer support, and operations, to ensure unified product and service delivery.

·        Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop product/service materials, including user guides, promotional content, and training resources.

·        Ensure alignment between product development and service delivery teams to optimize product offerings and customer satisfaction.

 

4. Process Improvement & Optimization:

·        Identify opportunities to improve product and service processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and customer experience.

·        Implement and manage systems for tracking product and service performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

·        Ensure that services adhere to company policies, industry standards, and compliance requirements.

 

5. Customer Relationship Management:

·        Maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring product and service offerings are aligned.

·        Gather and analyze customer feedback, using insights to enhance product features or service offerings.

Prepare and deliver regular reports to management on customer satisfaction, service delivery metrics, and product performance.
