Job Tiltle: Customer Service Representative

Purpose:
The Account Manager for Government Accounts will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with government clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. This role requires a deep understanding of governmental processes, regulations, and procurement systems.   • Troubleshooting: Diagnose technical issues reported by customers and provide basic troubleshooting steps or escalate to technical support if necessary.

  • Processing Orders: Assist customers in placing orders for systems or related products, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details.

  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services that complement the customer's purchase.
